2019年过云楼在修缮后即将全新对外开放！1873年顾文彬先生建设过云楼收藏天下书画，形成百余年来江南文化活动中心。世有“江南收藏甲天下，过云楼收藏甲江南”之说。

In 2019, Guoyunlou is coming to the public after renovation. Mr. Gu Wenbin built Guoyunlou in 1873 to collect paintings and calligraphy in China, which gradually became the center of Jiangnan collection, known as the pearl in the crown.

干将西路二号，对，就是你此刻脚下的土地！白居易把苏州的美好用诗告知了李白，大唐天宝十一年，李白和阿倍仲麻吕来到苏州。他们在春申君庙吟游。对，就是你现在的位置！然后往常熟、太仓寻找阿倍东渡回日本的路线。但时间淹没了历史的琐碎……

吴大澂、吴昌硕、颜文樑、任伯年、吴湖帆、胡公寿、王一亭、蒲华、金心兰、顾若波等均曾雅集于此，名贤云集，一时盛景。

Right here at No.2 Ganjiang West Road, the most famous Chinese poet Li Bai and his Japanese friend Abeno Nakamaro came to explore the artistic Suzhou described by another famous poet in the Tang dynasty Bai Juyi. They wandered around right here in the Chunshenjun Temple, and then went to Changshu and Taicang to find Abe's way back to Japan, leaving a footprint in the journey of history...

Wu Dacheng, Wu Changshuo, Yan Wenliang, Ren Bonian, Wu Hufan, Hu Gongshou, Wang Yiting, Pu Hua, Jin Xinlan, Gu Ruobo... celebrities and talents gathered here to witness the glory and became part of it.

《传道书》说，一代过去，一代又来，地却永远长存。日头出来，日头落下，急归所出之地。风往南刮，又向北转，不住地旋转，而且返回转行原道。江河都往海里流，海却不满。江河从何处流，仍归还何处。

The book of Ecclesiastes records: generations come and generations go, but the earth remains forever; the sun rises and the sun sets, and hurries back to where it rises; the wind blows to the south and turns to the north, round and round it goes, ever returning on its course; all streams flow into the sea, yet the sea is never full, to the place the streams come from, there they return again. 

江南的深处依旧保存着历史的蛛丝马迹。就连每条白鱼都是太湖的游子……

We are inspired to follow the traces of history preserved deep in Jiangnan, at the hundred-year-old Guoyunlou.

快一百五十年过去了，物是人非，过云楼还在。往事并不如云烟。艺术互动携手过云楼重回艺术收藏中心。

The history is still alive. Together with Guoyunlou, Pan-National Arts wakes up the legend of Chinese collection.
